Required to participate in PTA Events
To participate in Kimberly PTA-sponsored programs, events, and activities, all families must annually submit the California State PTA: Parent's Approval, Student, Family, and Participation Waiver.
This form is filled out just once for your entire family and will be on file for every PTA event during the 2024-2025 school year. Your information will be verified at each event check-in. Save time and fill it out online! Without this waiver, you and your student cannot participate in Kampout, Fall Festival, Running Club, Garden Club, or any PTA-sponsored activity.

RUSD Board-Approved Volunteers: If you are interested in volunteering in your student's classroom or helping out on campus for PTA during the school day, you must be an RUSD board-approved volunteer. Instructions to apply and the required paperwork can be found on the District Volunteer Application site. New this year, if you plan to chaperone a field trip, you must also provide fingerprint clearance. You may go to the District Office to be fingerprinted.

The School Duel with take place on Saturday, April 12. Online registration is now open and coses on Tuesday, April 8 at 11:59pm. Same-day registration and check-in begins at 7am Downtown Redlands in the bottom of the parking structure. Take the Bike Safety Quiz to receive a Coupon Code for FREE School Duel registration! Kimberly PTA is hosting STEAM night in the MPR and courtyard on Wednesday, April 23rd. Back again this year is the ever popular and gruesome Zombie make-up, RHS, CPR demonstrations, drone/GIS exhibit, ESRI, and more. Some new exhibits and demonstrations include music and instruments, Garner Holt, the San Bernardino County Museum, an ambulance, Buick for Mechanics, and much much more!
Thank you to all the Kimberly Elementary parents and staff who are volunteering their time to share the passion of STEAM with students and families.

The Harlem Wizards are coming to Redlands! Redlands Educational Partnership (REP) is hosting the world-famous Harlem Wizards at REV on Friday, April 25, 2025, at 7:00pm. Capture events, friendships, achievements, and all the memories from the school year in a lasting keepsake. All sales are online.
The yearbook can be purchased on Treering through May 1. The price for the 2024-2025 yearbook is $25.10+tax for a softcover and $31.22+tax for a hardcover. A FREE 2-page spread is included for you to customize for your student. Additional pages can be purchased for $1.99 per 2-page spread. Custom pages will only print in your purchased yearbook.

Spring Session is underway. All Cubs are welcome to participate. A signed PTA waiver is required. Meet us on the track before school on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7:20am, weather permitting. Cheer the Cubs on from the fence or check-in at the office to run with your cub if you are a board-approved volunteer.

We want to thank the parents, guardians, grandparents, aunts, uncles, students, teachers, alumni, and members of our community who have joined PTA or renewed their PTA membership. We have already reached over 100 members. The portion of your membership dues that stays with Kimberly PTA helps provide fun, educational, and exciting programs that benefit all students at Kimberly Elementary.
All donations are tax-deductible. 100% of your donations stay at Kimberly Elementary. PTA covers the small fee for any donations made through an online platform (5% through Totem and 1.99%+ $.49 through PayPal).
